Asynchrony Solutions, This Agile Life
Jason Tice guides business transformation activities focusing on people first and using collaborative games to invite people to discover how to achieve the greatest value from transitioning to agile methods. He has leveraged games to teach and increase engagement in key functions including product design, portfolio management/budgeting, organization modeling, and team measurement to guide directed improvements. He’s also pioneered ways to integrate collaborative games into employee performance reviews so as to improve traditional Human Resource processes so they are more supportive of self-managing agile teams. Outside of business transformation activities at work, Jason is a frequent host on the “ThisAgileLife” podcast, and teaches Yoga as a hobby – on rare occasions Jason has been known to talk about the linkages between agile and yoga on ThisAgileLife (believe it or not, they are both about flow). Jason volunteers to help organize & share ideas at the AgileGames conference (Boston, MA), the annual AgileAlliance conference, Agile Coach Camp, and multiple agile, lean & open space events held in and around St. Louis, MO.
