Blake DeBray is an Agile Coach for Lexmark and has over 10 years of experience in software development roles including Software Engineer, Development Lead, ScrumMaster and Release Manager. He is an avid champion for continuous improvement and team agility. Blake regularly facilitates introductory and advanced workshops on Agile product delivery. He has trained audiences with a wide variety of backgrounds from software development professionals to high school instructors and students.

Blake has an undergraduate and graduate degree in Software Development from the University of Central Missouri.
